Scott Hendler Voted Into the American Board of Trial Advocates

Congratulations to Scott Hendler on being voted into the American Board of Trial Advocates!

Founded in 1958, ABOTA is a national association of experienced trial lawyers and judges who are committed to preserving and promoting the right to a civil trial by jury as provided by the Seventh Amendment of the U.S. Constitution. Its influence currently extends through its 96 chapters in all 50 states. As an invitation-only organization, members are required to have at least five years of experience as trial lawyers, have tried at least 10 civil jury trials, and exhibit the virtues of civility, integrity, and professionalism.
